    saturdays @ 10:30 am // IN-STUDIO via the move room

    connect to body, breath, and mindful awareness in this flowy pilates & yoga fusion class. we’ll start slow on the mat, easing in so we can turn our attention inward, then we gradually build energy, gaining awareness of body & breath. expect a slow class with opportunities to dial effort up or down, as well as plenty of opportunity for ease and reflection. leave feeling grounded & energized from this whole-body movement practice.

i love offering small group movement sessions for nonprofit and community groups! these are highly customizable and can be offered either virtually or in-person, depending on location. i am especially passionate about working with organizations offering services to 2SLGBTQ+ folks. rates can vary depending on organization, project, and group size.

1:1 sessions

i am now starting to offer 1:1 sessions! all sessions are 50 minutes long, with lots of opportunities for check-in and feedback during the session. i like to think of 1:1 appointments as a conversation between me + you.

[in-person] reformer

apprentice pricing / $60+HST

the pilates reformer is an incredible piece of equipment. whether you’re looking to build strength in a specific area of the body, rehab an injury, or build mind-body connection: there’s a reformer workout for you. i am currently working on a reformer certification with body harmonics and am offering apprentice pricing until i reach my next certification milestone.
